I only created this blog this year, but I've posted a lot more than I thought I would honestly. I'm not quite sure how often I'll be able to post next year, but based on how this semester has gone, it won't be a lot. I'll do my best though!
MINI-REVIEW: Frankie by Shivaun Plozza
**I received this ARC through Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. In no way was I compensated for this review.**

Frankie by Shivaun Plozza
Release Date: November 7, 2017
My Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Frankie Vega is angry. Just ask the guy whose nose she broke. Or the cop investigating the burglary she witnessed, or her cheating ex-boyfriend or her aunt who's tired of giving second chances...When a kid shows up claiming to be Frankie's half brother, it opens the door to a past she doesn't want to remember. And when that kid goes missing, the only person willing to help is a boy with stupidly blue eyes … and secrets of his own. Frankie's search for the truth might change her life, or cost her everything.

TOUR: Starfish by Akemi Dawn Bowman
Hey! This week, I'm participating in the blog tour for Starfish by Akemi Dawn Bowman. This book comes out on Tuesday, September 26, and it was easily, hands-down one of my favorite books of this year. I hope you'll read it because it really means so much to me; for more reasons, here is a short list I wrote earlier about why I loved this book, and here is my review. (TW's: emotional abuse, parental abuse, anxiety, racism, sexual abuse, and suicide attempt)
