Today, I'll be sharing with you my dream cast for An Affair of Poisons! Don't forget to check out the rest of the tour stops (schedule below), as well as a giveaway at the bottom of the post!

Mirabelle Monvoison is one of the protagonists. I pictured her as Adelaide Kane from the TV show, Reign. I always adored the dresses in this show!

Josse de Bourbon is the other protagonist, and I pictured him as Brenton Thwaites. He was the prince in Maleficent and the son of Orlando Bloom's and Kiera Knightley's characters in the most recent Pirates of the Caribbean.

I pictured Mirabelle's mother as Catherine Zeta-Jones.

For the Dauphin, I kept thinking about Toby Regbo! He plays Prince Francis in Reign, so that's probably the connection. Also, I guess that I had Reign on the brain!

About the Author: Addie Thorley spent her childhood playing soccer, riding horses, and scribbling stories. After graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in journalism, she decided “hard news” didn’t contain enough magic and kissing, so she flung herself into the land of fiction and never looked back.

She now lives in Princeton, New Jersey with her husband, daughter, and wolf dog. When she’s not writing she can be found gallivanting in the woods or galloping around the barn where she works as a horse trainer and exercise rider. AN AFFAIR OF POISONS is her debut novel.
